About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at TWICE THE DEAL PIZZA AND WINGS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to ensure maximum profitability. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Work with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that drive sales and profitability. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor pricing and menu trends.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, management).

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
