About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Frank and Gino Grill and Pasta House/Greco Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure that our kitchen is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.

Work Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
