About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Florenceville Amsterdam Inn & Suites LTD. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our dining room staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of dining room supplies, including linens, glassware, and tableware.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in the dining room, including the kitchen and service areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless service and minimize errors.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 8 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
