About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at 2339366 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Maintenance
    • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
    • Pave and rake asphalt.
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Equipment Operation
    • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You must be able to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
