The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Retention Specialist, CRM to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Relationship Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer segmentation, building and managing end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys, and crafting unique marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS, and first-party data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer segmentation and build end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys
  • Craft unique marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS, and first-party data initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with multi-disciplined Marketing Specialists, Planners, Product Managers, and Owners, as well as external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of an enterprise customer lifecycle strategy
  • Proactively resolve player friction points across experiences and channels
