The Role

The Customer Relationship Marketing team at BCLC helps our Agile marketing teams reach the hearts and minds of over four million people in BC with customer relationship marketing strategies that captivate, delight, and inspire them in moments that matter to engage in our experiences, play our games, guiding casual customers into loyal players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data, analytics engines, and CRM technology to develop customer segmentation, build and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys, and craft unique marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS, and first-party data initiatives in channels we support.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with multi-disciplined Marketing Specialists, Planners, Product Managers, and Owners, Client Insights Specialists, as well as external stakeholders to develop, execute, and measure marketing outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of an enterprise customer lifecycle strategy, building, monitoring, and optimizing multiple campaigns.
  • Proactively resolve player friction points across experiences and channels by developing action plans and scaling their impact.

  • You're an analytical thinker, able to create stories out of data that appeal to players and inspire them to engage with our products and experiences.
  • You're a positive and energetic team player who makes collaboration a breeze where ideas flourish.
  • You're an aspiring marketing technology specialist, familiar with email, marketing automation, and/or customer data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe, and keep yourself up to date on industry trends.
  • You've worked with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce/Tableau, or Qlik.
