Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Freshii. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train food service staff, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
