About the Role

Cosmic Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
  • Housekeeping: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Facilities Information: Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Youths
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
Support for Veterans
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
Support for Visible Minorities
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
