Role Overview

Are you enthusiastic about fashion and current trends? Are you seeking a keyholder role? This position may be the perfect fit for you.

The key holder will report directly to the store manager and is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring customers feel at ease, actively listening to their needs, and instilling confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive relationships with customers and encourages loyalty.
  • Act as a cashier while utilizing sales expertise, promotional knowledge, and product insights to enhance related item purchases.
  • Monitor the sales floor to ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Follow procedures for opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

Desired Profile

  • Two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while consistently providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be of legal age (at least 18 years old).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for candidates in Quebec.
