Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of hotel services. This position requires a blend of leadership and operational skills to manage staff and maintain high standards of guest service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and implement effective procedures.
  • Perform the same duties as the staff being supervised to maintain operational standards.
  • Assign, review, and manage the workload of team members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on progress and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Organize maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced atmosphere requiring the ability to work under pressure.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
