Purchasing Specialist

Mauser Packaging Solutions is a company that values innovation and sustainability. We're looking for a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Purchase MRO items as needed and ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting guidelines.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on non-inventory spend activity levels and reconcile statements of account.
- Generate SAP reports as required and ensure items on the Open PO Report are valid.
- Reconcile temp labour hours with invoices and perform petty cash reconciliation.
- Act as the point of contact for offsite A/P representatives and analyze issues to initiate resolutions.
- 1-2 years of purchasing and related general accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- 2-3 years of experience establishing good working relationships with vendors and service providers.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some business or college courses an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and data entry.
- Excellent time management skills and bilingual in English and French is an asset.
