Dining Room Operations Manager

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service and Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Operations and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
