Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular testing and inspections to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, protocols, and reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction technology.
  • Experience in the construction materials industry, with a focus on quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control tests and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in outdoor and indoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
