Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DME Investments Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are on hand to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
