As a division of Pearson, the leading educational company with a worldwide presence and market-leading operations, we are currently seeking a part-time Examination Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Examination Coordinator will ensure secure exam delivery while providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to all testing protocols and company policies with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assisting candidates with check-in procedures, verifying their identification, and clearly explaining the examination process.
  • Supervising candidates during their testing sessions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Performing light cleaning duties, such as sanitizing equipment and maintaining a tidy testing area after each session.

Schedule Availability

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills and be available to work flexible shifts throughout the week, specifically from Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm. This position is strictly part-time, with a set number of hours per week, but may require additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, with a preference for those with prior experience in exam proctoring.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and availability.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to sit for extended periods and assist candidates in moving to and from testing areas, as well as the capability to lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfort in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and observe details from a distance.
