Compensation

The starting pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Examination Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring secure exam delivery while providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to all testing protocols and company policies with careful judgment.
  • Checking in candidates, verifying their identification, and outlining the examination process.
  • Supervising candidates during their testing sessions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Performing light cleaning duties, such as sanitizing equipment and maintaining a tidy testing environment.

Schedule Flexibility

Our ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to work various shifts, available from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 9 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

This position is strictly part-time, with an expected workload of hours per week, and the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Candidates should be willing to travel to temporary test locations as required.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in exam supervision is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility in work hours and days is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and assist candidates to and from testing areas, including the capability to lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfort in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and observe details from a distance.
