Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's finances, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work in a team-oriented setting. You will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
