Event Housekeeper Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Housekeeper to join our team at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. As an Event Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our venue during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of seating and public areas throughout Rogers Arena during events
  • Direct and assist guests with service-related issues
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to complete bending motions for floor maintenance
  • Ability to work with cleaning solutions and personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work in a noisy and crowded environment
  • Experience working with the general public in a service-oriented role
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
