Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and lead by example to motivate and develop your team.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
