The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and serving as the primary contact for all insurance-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage client policy renewals as well as re-market existing clients when necessary
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in general insurance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Mandarin, is a plus
  • Knowledge of retail sales practices and sales administration processes
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
