Job Title: Corporate Director, Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Director, Data Management to join our team at Great Connections Employment Services. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in data management and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for data management and engineering processes
  • Lead a team of engineers and process specialists to drive operational excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors
  • Manage capital expenditure plans and budgets for engineering and equipment components
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in data management and engineering
  • Highly strategic and analytical in planning and resolving process development challenges
  • Excellent judgment skills, ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong experience in working with third-party contract manufacturers and vendors
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with all levels of team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Agile, flexible, and strong ability to pivot work/approach based on business needs
  • Strong background in finance and project management, experience in managing complex projects with accountability towards major CAPEX/OPEX budgets
  • Detail-oriented, encourages others to hold themselves to higher standards of accountability
  • Ability to work with all locations, globally, in very diverse work environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders with challenging time constraints
  • Demonstrated software system skills, specifically in the use of spreadsheets, database programs, data analysis, and metrics reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field in engineering or related discipline and experience
