Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in applying the nursing process to assist clients, residents, and patients in achieving and maintaining their highest level of health through a people-centered care approach. This role encompasses various settings, including acute care, transitional care, personal care homes, primary health care, public health initiatives, and home care services.

- Utilize full scope of practice to deliver quality nursing care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and maintain competencies in line with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines and competency profiles established for Licensed Practical Nurses in the region.
- Foster a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that enhances service quality, promotes quality improvement, and empowers staff.
- Respect and promote cultural diversity within the community served.
- For designated bilingual positions, proficiency in both official languages is essential.
