Position Overview
The Civil Litigation Legal Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering administrative and legal support to the attorneys within the team, contributing significantly to the successful execution of assigned mandates.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute administrative and legal tasks pertinent to civil litigation.
- Efficiently manage case files and adhere to established deadlines.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints and requests.
- Review and refine various legal documents for grammatical accuracy.
- Organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle various administrative duties such as time tracking, invoicing, and expense management.
- Foster a proactive, constructive, and collaborative atmosphere within the civil law team.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is essential.
- Proficient understanding of legal terminology, rules, and procedures, along with familiarity with Aliform software.
- Excellent command of both French and English, in written and spoken forms.
- Comprehensive proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
