Job Title: Portfolio Coordinator

Kingston Health Sciences Centre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Ambulatory Care portfolio, you will provide coordination and support functions to major corporate and portfolio projects, process improvement, and quality improvement work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead portfolio and corporate project activities, tracking and monitoring project progress, managing risk and issues, and escalating concerns to leadership.
  • Develop and design communication content, maintaining internal and external portfolio and corporate communication channels.
  • Support education and training activities, developing education and training materials, and supporting resources.
  • Research, analysis, and writing, drafting reports, and supporting policy development and clinical quality improvement activities.
  • Provide portfolio operations support, coordinating activities such as capital equipment procurement, HR forms and processes, meeting coordination, and documentation support.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Community College Diploma or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Medical office administration diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of program administrative or project experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Highly organized, with experience in project coordination, meeting coordination, and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with business systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
