At HouseSigma, we are revolutionizing the real estate industry with our cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights. As a dynamic and experienced SEO and digital marketing professional, you will lead our growth efforts and drive user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive user acquisition.
- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with SEO objectives and overall business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with external tech and non-tech contractors to support SEO initiatives and digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with in-house tech and operation teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices into product development and content creation.
- Drive initiatives to expand the company's reach into new geographical markets within the country, leveraging SEO and digital marketing tactics.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of SEO and digital marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in rankings.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Demonstrated hands-on experience crafting and implementing robust SEO strategies that drive substantial user growth and acquisition.
- Product Marketing: Experience in launching and marketing digital products, focusing on consumer engagement, brand development, and driving user growth.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with demonstrable experience in leveraging these channels for growth, particularly in the Canadian market.
- Metrics & Performance Analysis: Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like GSC, Google Analytics, Semrush and Moz.
- Proven Success: Previous experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful growth and user acquisition results.
- Canadian Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Canadian market, specifically with the unique characteristics and opportunities in Alberta and British Columbia.
- Project Management & Organizational Skills: Excellent project management abilities with strong organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
