We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Product Manager to join our Product & Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer experience by collecting, analyzing, and translating user feedback into actionable product features. This role involves conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing product marketing activities. If you have a knack for understanding user needs and a drive to improve product offerings and drive business growth, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Market Analysis :
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through market research and user interview.
- Use research findings and user feedback to inform and enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Work with customer success teams to address product-related issues and gather user feedback.
- Product Development:
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals and customer impact.
- Convert user feedback, ideas, business opportunities into detailed product requirements, user flows, and wireframe design documents.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Product Marketing and Launch Management:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful market introduction.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product marketing assets (tutorial videos, help center articles, and newsletters, etc).
- Communicate updates and values, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned and informed about goals, product plans and timelines.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor product performance and user engagement using data and analytics.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to drive future product improvements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on product performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Product Manager, UX designer or similar role in product management.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare products is preferred.
