We are seeking a Laboratory Science Technician to join our team. This position calls for an individual with laboratory experience, knowledge of specific tools and equipment, and a strong commitment to quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of laboratory tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Exhibit expertise in specimen management and prioritize samples accordingly
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing under guidance
  • Monitor Quality Assurance metrics and report incidents as necessary
  • Perform maintenance on instruments and ensure proper supply usage
  • Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment

Requirements:

  • Completion of High School education
  • WHMIS certification
  • Registered Laboratory Assistant (OSMT) designation is optional
  • Prior laboratory experience is preferred
