Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Adjuster to join our team at ClaimsPro LP. As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling Accident Benefit and minor BI task claims. If you have a strong background in Accident Benefits and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and negotiate Accident Benefit and minor BI task claims
  • Conduct claim investigations as required for exposure and within account guidelines parameters
  • Make initial contact with clients as per account guidelines
  • Report to clients as per account guidelines
  • Identify exposures, recommend reserves, and negotiate settlements
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients and the insured
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in Accident Benefits
  • Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle
  • Full driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
  • Good investigative manner
  • Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
  • Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature and perform advanced numerical calculations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
