Job Summary

Strike Group is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to provide oversight and guidance on quality management systems, codes, and regulations for our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure project compliance during construction, review and complete project QA/QC materials, and conduct inspections and testing activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide QMS, code, regulatory, and project specification oversight to ensure project compliance
  • Review and complete project QA/QC materials, inspection, and testing activities
  • Support and participate in a "culture of safety" and adhere to Strike Group's Code of Conduct and Values
  • Ensure installations are compliant with applicable Codes/Standards
  • Perform electrical inspections and tests
  • Verify that all site activities comply with quality codes and standards
  • Distribute quality control documentation to site sub-contractors
  • Provide feedback to management regarding QA/QC matters

Requirements

  • Valid Electrician Journeyperson certificate issued by the appropriate provincial or federal authority
  • Industrial/energy industry experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a remote location on shift rotation
  • Valid driver's license
