Facilities Operations Manager

Job Summary:
CP Services is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Operator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular building and area walkthroughs to identify equipment issues and deficiencies.
- Monitor building management systems to detect potential problems.
- Perform corrective maintenance within established timeframes and document all work.
- Support maintenance technicians with preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate shutdowns and startups of building systems for maintenance or projects.
OH&S Responsibilities:
- Take reasonable care to protect the health and safety of yourself and others at the work site.
- Cooperate with supervisors and other personnel to ensure a safe work environment.
- Report any concerns about unsafe work site conditions or acts.
- Participate in training programs and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer certification.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- CSTS 2020, WHIMS 2015, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, and Confined Space Monitor certifications.
