Job Summary

DESI MANDI is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, cashiers, and grocery clerks and shelf stockers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual displays and exhibit designs to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
