Job Title: Manager, Enrolment Communications and Marketing

Langara College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Enrolment Communications and Marketing to join our Strategic Communications and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies to support Langara's student recruitment, admissions, and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communications and marketing plans to promote Langara's programs and services to domestic, Indigenous, International, and Continuing Studies students.
  • Manage and oversee the development of communications and marketing materials, including website content, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on higher education.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
