About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the association's strategic planning and implementation
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders, and partners
  • Represent the association at conferences, meetings, and other events
  • Supervise and manage staff
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
