Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment and conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment using computerized testing systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document equipment performance and any issues encountered.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong foundation in electronics and communication systems.
  • Language and Work Environment: Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a strong sense of reliability.
