About the Role

Viana Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as supervising staff and training them to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Administration
    • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting accounting standards and procedures.
    • Train staff to develop their skills and knowledge in accounting.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
    • Prepare reports and audit findings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Advice and Guidance
    • Provide financial, business, and tax advice to individuals, departments, or companies.
    • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
    Work Environment and Requirements
