Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with appropriate certifications or equivalent academic background
- Proven experience in leading assessments of financial crime control effectiveness
- Advanced understanding of business operations, risk management, and project methodologies
- Proficiency in analytical software, data interpretation, and reporting methods
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment and manage confidential data
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing practices and cross-functional operations
