We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Service: Authorize the return of merchandise, resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and ensure that customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
