Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

As a Customer Service Supervisor at WESCO, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives who respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer service volume and quality standards are met on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Train and coach customer service representatives on standard policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to customer service performance.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
