Position Overview

As a Baking Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport dough bags to the mixer for optimal mixing.
  • Assess dough texture to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for the mixing process.
  • Maintain records of the number of batches produced.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Opportunities for three salary increases within the first year.
  • Competitive starting pay ranging from $15 to $16 per hour.
  • Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, totaling 40-50 hours weekly.
