- Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is urban and the work language is English.
