We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art School Manager to join our team at DSJ Dance Studio. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dance academy, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a high level of service and quality control.
    • Plan and control budgets and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
    • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our studio and attract new students.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervision and Security
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the studio.
    • Maintain basic security clearance to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Be physically demanding and require attention to detail.
