Overview

Quorum Software is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Operations Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales and accounting departments by ensuring accurate contract management and data integrity within our CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute sales contracts using approved templates, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate amendments, extensions, and terminations of existing contracts as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Master Quorum's Salesforce CRM system and all associated workflows, accurately capturing executed contracts and key financial metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to facilitate seamless contract delivery and approvals.
  • Generate software license records and manage licenses for all products and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and enhance efficiency within the organization.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or relevant certification in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in contract management and data entry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
