We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Fed Finance. As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and perform the complete accounting cycle, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Produce accurate and timely financial information, including month-end close and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Present financial information to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with accounts payable and receivable policies.
- Analyze general ledger accounts and explain variances.
- Participate in the budget process and provide financial guidance to support business growth.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Prextra.
- Bilingualism, with fluency in English and French.
- CPA designation or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000.
- A bonus structure that rewards performance.
- 65% premium-paid group insurance.
