Undergraduate Programs Officer

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Undergraduate Programs Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of undergraduate programs in the Department of Nursing. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup
  • Provide administrative support to program staff, including preparing materials, managing databases, and maintaining records
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote programs and engage with students, faculty, and staff
  • Collaborate with departmental staff to ensure effective program delivery and student success
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of program administration and a passion for supporting student success.
