Collision Repair Specialist

Job Summary
Collision Repair Expert is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all activities as per the Repair Order (R/O) and notify the Production Manager of any additional damage.
- Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Scan vehicles to determine any codes related to the accident and record all data in the Business Management System (BMS).
- Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair.
- Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques.
Requirements
- High school or college automotive body repair diploma.
- Body Technician license preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
