About the Role

Cefa Early Learning Brentwood is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Lead activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check and immunization records.
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.
