Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum/shampoo carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Laundry and Linens: Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry in the correct place.
  • Disinfection and Sanitizing: Clean and disinfect public areas, including changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Lost and Found: Report and store lost and found items.
  • Safety and Compliance: Attend safety meetings and uphold safety standards, complete daily paperwork and hazard recognition forms, and use cleaning machines as required.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Able to work standing for long periods of time, lift 50 Lbs repeatedly, and not allergic to cleaning chemicals.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctual, attention to detail, able to work shift work, and able to keep accurate records and work safely.
  • Benefits: Extended medical and dental coverage (50/50).
