We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Alterations: Launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens.
  • General Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
