About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Superior Laundry Services Ltd. as a key member of our hotel and resort cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy space.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets to maintain a clean and organized laundry system.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers, and clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail.
