Your Role

Our Winnipeg office is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Professional to support the Assurance team with the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to multiple Partners and team members within the office
  • Ensure all documents and deliverables are thoroughly proofread and edited before client distribution
  • Engage with clients to facilitate information requests and follow-ups
  • Compile corporate and personal tax returns, including verifying balances and names as needed by the assigned Partner(s)
  • E-file tax returns and confirm that Partners' submissions are completed by the required deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to Partners and the engagement team, including client invoicing, calendar management, time & expense reports, and coordinating meetings and travel
  • Offer coverage for other support staff during absences due to vacations, illness, or other reasons as directed by the Manager
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary, such as photocopying, filing, mailing/courier services, etc., as requested by professional staff and Partners

Your Qualifications

  • You are bilingual (English and French) in both written and spoken forms
  • You possess 2 years of experience in an administrative or comparable role
  • An Office Administration diploma or relevant education is an asset
  • You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • You are comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment and handling confidential information
  • You are a naturally curious, adaptable, and compassionate individual who enjoys taking initiative and assisting others
  • You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal
